State of California Approves Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED Curriculum

The Emergency Medical Services Authority in California has approved the Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED curriculum for school bus drivers. School bus drivers are required by law to pass a California Highway Patrol First Aid exam. The AHA is now one of eight approved training providers statewide. The approval runs from May 14, 2018 through May 31, 2022.
