If you are willing to share your health center’s best practices and challenges with SMBP during the July, 27 SMBP Workshop from 12:00-1:30pm CST, please contact nhci@heart.org. Volunteers will meet with the AHA workshop facilitator for 30 min in advance to prepare for the discussion, specifically reflecting on your SMBP pre-assessment and workshop preparation materials (see above).
